ways to work together
The Energy Leadership™ Index (E.L.I.) Assessment
A research-informed assessment that provides insight into how you respond to challenges. It looks at your energy, the attitudes and reactions behind your behavior, and reveals where that energy is gained or lost, and how greater awareness can strengthen decision-making and wellbeing.
A Mirror That Reflects Your World
Your reality is a mirror reflecting your level of awareness: your thoughts, feelings, and emotions about yourself, others, and the world. Some aspects of that awareness serve you well. Others hold you back from fulfilling your potential in your relationships, your leadership, your decisions, and your everyday energy. And understandably so — we are human.

With the research-backed Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment, you'll gain profound and practical insights you can use to reshape your worldview and move toward the life you envision.

What You Gain
  • A clear answer to a question most people are guessing at
where your energy actually goes, and what's draining it versus fuelling it
  • Real insight into how you handle pressure
not how you'd like to respond under stress, but how you actually do
  • A useful starting point for coaching
the debrief often surfaces patterns worth exploring together in the sessions that follow
  • A way to measure real progress
many clients retake the ELI later in coaching, to see an honest, measurable comparison of how far they've come
Who It's For
This works whether you're looking inward or leading outward. As an individual, it gives you a clear, honest picture of where your energy actually goes, in your career, your relationships, your decision-making, and what's draining you versus fuelling you. As a leader or a team, it gives you a shared language for how each person shows up under pressure, creating a genuinely more energised, resilient way of working together.
The Process
The Assessment
As your Coach and a certified Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), I'll guide you through a straightforward online assessment, typically around 20 minutes to complete.

The ELI is distinct in that it's an attitudinal assessment, grounded in an energy and action framework. Where personality assessments tend to categorize people and help them operate within that category, the ELI focuses on your actual energy levels, through the lens of your attitudes, perceptions and perspective on the world around you.
The Debrief
Once your results are ready, we'll explore them together in a personalised 1:1 debrief session.
You'll gain a clear understanding of your Energy Leadership™ profile, including the 7 levels of leadership and how your energy shows up in both everyday situations and under stress.

More importantly, you'll begin to see how those patterns influence your leadership, relationships, decision-making and overall wellbeing.

Drawing on my certification as an Energy Leadership™ Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), I'll guide you through your results, answer your questions, and help you translate your insights into practical, meaningful changes you can apply in your work and everyday life.

For many people, this is the first time they've been able to clearly see where their energy goes, why certain patterns keep repeating, and what they can do to change them.
One More Thing Worth Knowing
The ELI isn't only useful as a starting point. Many of my clients take it again later in our work together, to see what's actually shifted. It becomes a way to measure progress, revealing how you think, respond and show up now compared with when we first began.
Data is only as good as what you do with it
Taking the assessment is step one. The real transformation happens in the debrief.
